Health information includes your health and medical history, as well as your insurance underwriting risk factors.

Examples of disclosures permitted by law would include disclosures to organizations that provide claims administration, underwriting, investigation or policyholder services for us or on our behalf.

All personal information that we may collect is maintained in the strictest confidence. We do not sell, share, license, or otherwise distribute client personal information.
